My friend is planning to have her own business, she wants to own a boutique, wherein when the consumers are buying you are comfortable going inside .She asks my help to gather information on how to make-up a business. We asks the advice of others who have their own business, they are the people who become successful in their business.

One of the most important advices that they said is to planning a business. The reasons why it is important is because it will help you to consider the details of your business and its’ future. They said that if you started your business in having a plan you will analyze what might the possible problems that you will face and if in case you face a problem, you have your solution right away. Another reason of having a plan is that it can help you looking for your funds like in lending institutions or some financial institutions, if they see that you have your clear business plan they will automatically take a risk to your business. Some loan that is available to them is the Business Loans; if you are only starting they put you in Small Business Loans. Almost lending institutions offer Business Loan so you don’t need to worry about your financial needs. All I heard with them is true and now I become interested to have my own business also.

The System Development Life Cycle

The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a set of activities developers use to build an information system. It helps in establishing a system project plan, because it gives overall list of process and sub-process required in developing a system.

The development of any information system normally requires three major sets of activities: analysis activities, design activities, and implementation activities. Analysis activities are those that provide a through understanding of the business’ information needs and requirements. The focus of analysis is on the business needs, not on any particular computer technology. Design activities are those that define the architecture and structure of a new system to satisfy those requirements. It is during design that analysts begin the process of conceptualizing a computer system solution. Implementation is the actual construction, testing, and installation of a functioning information system. Information system terms, each set of activities is a phase.
